This agreement is a legal contract between you and Origin VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using this App, you are deemed to understand and agree to this agreement. Please read it carefully before use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or its associated trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions or fees according to operational needs and will provide appropriate notice. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken system security and affect App operation.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also bound by the terms of those partners where applicable.

Service limitations: App functionality depends on a stable network connection, whether Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible when access fails due to device arrears, data limits, poor signal, or carrier restrictions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. If you use roaming outside your country of origin, ensure you have a suitable data plan and permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. For example, inability to access the Service due to battery depletion, disabled system permissions, or unavailable local networks is not covered by compensation. Although we work to provide accurate route and service information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from it. The App may release updates from time to time for compatibility and security, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate services in accordance with applicable rules. After termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
